Not all shoe repairs are created equal. There is a point of no return for some shoes, but trust us, we’ll do all we can before turning a pair away. To evaluate whether or not a pair can be repaired, bring them into our shop or send them in via mail. We will let you know what we can do for your shoes and if repairs are possible.
If you decide to mail them in, please include name, phone number, address and a detailed description of the issues you have with the shoes.
